Not too long, not too short. The perfect amount of knowledge and humor. Great historical background from architecture to native and colonial points of view.

We were on the 11:00 tour. Our guide made the trip very interesting and was enthusiastic in discussing the Providence history.

Captain Peter was an excellent tour guide! He was funny, friendly, and knowledgeable. The boat itself seats about 16 so it was not over crowded and we could hear him well. Having been in the area a long time he was very familiar with the history and had a lot of interesting anecdotes. Was a great intro to Providence and its history!

We had such a lovely time... Even in the rain! Captain Peter was so knowledgeable about the history of Providence. He was funny and engaging. We had such a good time the hour really flew by. Highly recommend!

Though I had seen all the positive reviews on this tour, I was slightly skeptical as most of the reviews focused solely on how wonderful it was in giving a history of Rhode Island.... It was that and so much more!! The tour is very engaging, weaving current happenings with a historical linkage. Absolutely excellent!!

Great River tour. So much history, we really enjoyed it. Guide was really knowledgeable about the history of Rhode Island. We were extremely happy we did this tour.

Despite some drizzle..it was great...I took 4 people who had never heard of it! They loved it! Our guide was great (he was my guide the first time I went.) Fascinating information....hope to take Architectural one soon!

It was very informative. One problem people were talking and made it difficult at times to hear and the guide made no attempt to ask the people to be quiet. It distracted from the tour!

Our tour guide was friendly, humorous, and knowledgeable. Even though I have lived in RI for years, I learned a lot of new things about the history of Providence. The weather wasn't great, but we still had a good time. I would highly recommend it.
