Itinerary

Guest will drive up to our location and check-in at our Visitor Center. Next, a staff member will call the group together and go over a brief orientation. Once done, the staff member will walk the tour a short distance to the gear-up area. There, the tour will meet their guide, go over a brief safety orientation, get into their gear and load up into vans. Our drivers will then take the guests to the top of our property where they will go over a final safety speech and then proceed down our 9-Line guided course. The final line ends at the Visitor Center where the guest checked in. This tour can take 2-2.5 hours depending on the size of the group and the weather.

Guides were very knowledgeable about the area, native plants and trees. I live here on the Big Island so know the areas well. Super friendly and made us feel comfortable. Had an amazing time!!! Will definitely do it again!!!!

Staff were very friendly helpful and fun to be with. The only negatives were: staff did not enforce mask rule while riding in van & there was a lot of standing around waiting between zip lines. However, I would still recommend this as the views were amazing and staff great!

I never write reviews, but I just had to for these guys because it was such a wonderful experience. I went with my husband and daughter (7 years old). We're all a bit afraid of heights but we conquered our fears and it felt like just the right amount of pushing ourselves, but not being terrified. By the end, my daughter was zipping upside down (with the help of one of the guides, just to get her launched). All of the guides (I wish I had written down their names, but it was the Saturday, 11:00 AM tour) were fun but professional so you felt safe, but also cracking jokes, showing us tricks, picking fruit for us to eat in between and just showing us an all around good time. The property is stunning. Can't say enough, definitely go!

Best zip-lines! Highly recommend! We thoroughly enjoyed our day. Great check in, good instruction, quality guides who made it fun and made us feel safe zipping through the air over waterfalls and the gorgeous landscape. They even had us sample local fruits. Definitely a 5-star don't miss experience!

We picked the 9 zip-line experience at the last minute and couldn’t be happier with our choice! This experience was one of the highlights of our 10 day Big Island vacation! Even though the experience was just over 2 hours, the memories will lasts for years! From the experienced and entertaining guides to the experience itself, we were showing ear-to-ear grins the entire time! Big thanks to “Mai-Tai” and his crew for the great time. Not only did we get to have a blast going down all 9 of the courses, the crew picked and cut up some of the fruits that were growing on the property. From the guavas to the interesting experience with the jackfruit, this was definitely an experience to remember! Highly recommended for anybody looking to cross off a zip-line course off of their bucket list. We’ve done some of these before and this was by far the best one where we felt completely safe the entire time. Didn’t feel that anything was sketchy at all the entire time. Great job and hope to visit again in the future!

The crew were the best! Safety minded, helpful and funny! Mai Tai and his team of 3 went out of their way to make the adventure the best for everyone! Even picked different kinds of fruit from native trees for us to sample! Wonderful! Would recommend to anyone!

Absolutely FANTASTIC adventure! Gorgeous scenery, stunning views you can’t get from the trails, super fun zips, and top-notch, fun, friendly, skilled, professional guides! Sydney, John, Kip, and Skip kept things moving flawlessly, and never once mocked our obvious lack of coordination or skill. 😅 I cannot recommend this enough!!!
