  The worst . Didn’t even get to go on our trip because nobody seemed to help out where to go . We called and missed our trip and they didn’t want to refund us our money back . No thanks . Don’t buy tickets here. Buy them at Bayside personally . We got ripped off .

  Tour guide was entertaining. Tour was not as advertised. Did not see Coral Gables. Stop at 3-4 retail places I left benefits the tour guide. He should not say the best mojito In town was in a burger joint, that wasn’t even open. Only got a watered down mojito??? And spent too much time escorting us through the Bayside into a restaurant everyone did not want to go to. Just to hold us hostage for our boat tickets.

  with the covid protocols all over town is incredible that the bus was so filthy you need to clean an sanitize the unit every day to protect us we found used mask all over the place

  We booked the trip thorugh our hotel, Klimpton Angler, and they charged me $30 per ticket as a commission (subsequently refunded) and then another $30 per ticket at the head office (cash as there iis an emobossed sign that has probably been there since the day they opened saying that their VISA machine is temporarily out of order and they can only take cash) We get on a beat up double decker . The first words out of our tour guides mouth is that he only works for tips, We are on the top deck and probably 40% of the trip is on a highway. We can't hear the guide because of the wind. Our guide takes us to little Havana and says he wants to show us some real Little Havana stores. and shops. We go into this little bar and the guide recommends we should try their Mohito- I do-Average at best and only $11 each for my wife and I. A mohito at the Four Seasons is not $11.We go to Biscayne Bay and take the boat. The parting words, as we get of the bus, are again that he, the guide, lives on tips and more the better. He is standng at the exit with a big can with the word (yes you are correct) Tips written in large letters. The boat was over overcrowded with one half sitting and one half standing and at best very average. They are a sleezy company with a sub par product. I have travelled on many hop on buses and based on this experience will never use them again.

  Started off with the pickup from our hotel. The man who picked us up was lovely and gave us his own little sightseeing tour which was fab. Then we got the bus tour from bayside so we sat on the top deck. Lots of fun and we saw some amazing Miami sights which we wouldn’t have seen otherwise. Nearly lost my hat and sunglasses on the freeway so beware of clinging onto your possessions for dear life. Got smacked in the face by a palm tree but that really wasn’t the bus’s fault - I should have ducked. Wynwood was lovely but only stopped for 15 minutes. Little Havana was great but we only stopped at a restaurant where the service wasn’t great and the prices were huge. Two lovely mojito for $40. Then back to bayside for the boat. Our group was handed over to the boat guy who said follow me then ran through the mall so we almost lost him. He didn’t shake us though and we caught up with him at the kiosk. Had an hour to kill before the boat ride so we spent it in the mojito bar and had an amazing time. Spent over $150 in there on a couple drinks and some food but the service was lovely so made up for the extortion. Boat ride was great but long. And not enough seats on top deck so if you were nackered after a long day you don’t really stand a chance. Again, $20 mojito on board so make sure your wallet is full before you go. Bus was good, boat can be left I think.

  I would make 4 star if the boat trip was little shorter. it too long time to get back only because it goes very slowly by old cargo port, where really nothing to see, just the containers. This part can be skipped all together and nobody would care

  La verdad es que fue una experiencia muy Buena e inolvidable, todo salió a tiempo, la gente nos trató súper bien, conocí lugares muy bacanos y enserio que lo repetiría otra vez.

  Programme très attractif, nous sommes resté 2 jours et il est agréable de visiter ce que le veut et la durée que l'on veut.
