From there, we coast onto the scenic/historic downtown Sarasota and explore the beautiful Sarasota Bayfront, Downtown Sarasota on Main Street, glide to the spectacular views over the Ringling Bridge, over on through the upscale shopping/dining at St. Armandâ€™s Circle and whisk past the white sands of Lido Beach at Island Park to take in panoramic views of the city and the bay as we head back to our starting point.

My wife and I (late 50s) took a tour with Riley today. While my wife had taken a Segway tour 1x previously, I had not and was apprehensive. Riley got me settled and I felt like a pro in no time! I also appreciated that our guide was sure to engage pedestrians ahead of us and inform them that we were approaching. Even crossing intersections, she was always in control and I always felt safe. The tour itself was enjoyable and there were many photo ops. She pointed out some great sights and gave us a bit of history and trivia. She even took us by Owen's Fish Camp and we went there after for a fantastic meal at the bar. Thanks. We will definitely do this again.

What a great way to see Sarasota! Riley trained us to use the Segway and made sure that we were familiar with the vehicle before we proceeded. She was very knowledgeable about the city and had fun facts along the way.

We had a good time and learned fun stuff about Sarasota! Our guide took us several places. We are experienced Segway riders so it was definitely about getting to know the city versus learning how to navigate the Segways. What a blessing to feel comfortable in this amazing city!!

Smiley Riley was a great guided and instructor. I was very nervous as I had never done a Segway before. But after her training felt very comfortable on it and had a great time. She also gave great a great historical background on the city. Thanks Riley

Riley was great! My husband and I are in our 70's and have taken Segway tours in Sarasota in prior years. Every guide has been professional and fun - and no two tours are exactly the same. Riley was friendly, engaging, and interesting. Safe tour, gorgeous day, fun couple of hours. Highly recommend.,

Riley was AMAZING. Great teacher, personality, and knowledgable about the area. Most importantly, it was my first ride and her instructions and reassurance that she would catch me was just what I needed to hear. Hoping to see her again on another tour either in FLORIDA or NC! Thanks Riley!

This is the best segway tour company, we were booked at sarasota which was a computer error, they not only rebooked at Tampa, but comped it. That is a 5 star company. Danny the tour guide was phenomenal, we felt like we learned so much about Tampa!

Our ballgame was cancelled and in a scramble to find something to do we discovered Sarasota by Segway. What a great time. It was a fun way to go through town and our tour guide Dan couldn't have been better. He was very personable, entertaining and informative. Don't be intimidated by trying a Segway, it comes real easy and Dan is very attentive to your needs. I would definitely recommend this tour!

The Segway tour has currently added a section that is on a private walkway at a local condo and hotel that prevents owners and guests from using the walkway as it is 4feet wide and has concrete walls on either side. This is private property and the owners of this Segway company have no right to block use of the walkway. This forces pedestrians to use a small driveway which has frequent fast moving cars on it. Stay on public property.
