Where to Find Your Chauffeur Please follow the instructions below to assist you in locating your chauffeur at the time of pick-up. Please have your mobile phone turned on. Airport Arrivals Note, it is very important that the airline and flight information shown above is correct for us to track your flights. We will monitor all flights. If you change planes in the course of travel, please contact us immediately. This is a one way meet and greet pick-up, your chauffeur will meet you at baggage claim for domestic flights or just outside baggage claim (arrivals hall) for international travelers. Please look for a chauffeur holding a sign displaying the passenger name. Your chauffeur will wait for 60 minutes from your plane arrival*. Hotel Transfers Your chauffeur will be waiting just outside the hotel lobby at the scheduled pick up time. Please keep the passenger's mobile phone turned on for communicating with your chauffeur. Note, our chauffeur will wait for 10 minutes past the pick-up time before leaving*. *Please note that any additional wait times are due to the chauffeur in the amount of $35 for 30 minutes. Any Sprinter Option is curbside only. To add a greeter with a Sprinter, contact Asterride. Future Trip Needs Keep in mind, asterRIDE Limousine and Airport Transportation is available globally and we handle all forms of passenger ground transportation from airport - hotel transfers to meetings to special occasions.
